Rates

The following rates are valid January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. Before you make a request to reserve our cabin, please make sure you understand our house rules, paying special attention to quiet hours and cleaning on departure day.

If the cabin is empty the night before your stay we may be able to accommodate an earlier arrival, but plan for 3 pm or later.

Rates:

$112/day + 12.3 % state and county tax       
      
Cleaning Check Deposit  (additional amount charged initially)
$65         100% refunded if left acceptably clean for next renter.

If you prefer we clean for you, it is the $65 applied to a "light cleaning" service. If you want us to clean and are bringing a pet (dog), then there is an additional charge for us to deal with any pet related cleaning.

Please note the following:

• Minimum stay of 2 nights September-June
• Minimum stay of 7 nights July and August 
• All weekly rentals start and end on Saturday 
• Payment is required to book your stay and secure your dates/reservation
• Check is preferred, but PayPal is available

Cancellation policy:

If you wish to cancel your reservation, the nightly rate will be refunded as follows:

• 100% if cancelled 30 days or more before your check-in date
• 50% if cancelled 29 days or less before your check-in date
